Garam Masala


Our Pure Punjabi Garam Masala is made faithfully to the traditional methods of Punjabi kitchens. This was taught to Surinder by her mother when she was 11 years old and passed onto Safia. Traditional recipes are dying out, in favour of commercially mass-produced spices blends. and we are proud to preserve ours.

10 – 11 servings per jar, and each serving is for a family of 4 (so 40 – 44 individual portions). Our family’s Garam Masala recipe is from the maternal village near Jullunder, Punjab.
