Allergens & ingredients
The Tandoori Masala does not contain any wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts. It is a vegetarian and vegan product.
Tandoori Masala ingredients: garlic, ginger, chilli, cumin seeds, lemon juice (from whole lemons), cumin seeds, paprika, garam masala (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns), salt, freshly ground pepper (from whole peppercorns), sunflower oil.
The naan bread mix contains dry ingredients only, and does not contain dairy, eggs or nuts. It does contain wheat and gluten. The dry mix needs to be mixed with milk and oil when you want to make it. To make the dough dairy free/vegan, use water in place of milk.
Naan bread mix ingredients: Flour (wheat), sugar, baking powder, kalonji seeds (also known as onion seeds or nigella seeds), salt.
