The mailing autoresponder system which we use is Mailchimp. This system sets up the workshop groups of and bulk sends the relevant information, welcome email, any photos after the workshop to all participants. Purchaser’s details are automatically added via the website at the time of purchase. Gift recipient’s details are added only after receipt of their gift, and when we know their dates, and then emailed approximately a week before their workshop date with address and all other details.
Gift recipients might in the meantime receive any newsletters or offers that we send out from the time of receiving their gift to the time of their workshop email.
For a cookery workshop, welcome emails, post wokrshop emails photos are sent to the group, (permissions asked on the day).
All meal kit purchasers are buying a part physical, part digital product. They are auto-subscribed after purchase into our auto-responder site, which sends out the digital method instructions to cusotmers immediately after purchase on the website.
All purchasers and all workshop recipients will then continue to receive our occasional newsletters and offers.
They can ‘unsubscribe’ at any time.
