Ingredients to buy:
Starters: 1 large onion, 1 medium potato, handful of spinach
Mains: 1 medium onion, tin of tomatoes, 1 chilli, 1 garlic clove, small piece of ginger
Dessert: 50g of ghee (or sunflower oil if vegan or dairy free)

This 3 course meal kit, as a whole, does not contain any dairy, eggs or nuts. It is a vegetarian and vegan product. To check the ingredients for each section of the kit, please see below.
Please note that each section is packaged in separate bags. Instructions for making come with each dish.
Starter kit ingredients: garlic, ginger, chilli, lemon juice (from whole lemons), garam masala (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorn), turmeric, salt, ajwain (lovage seeds), dried fenugreek.
Mains kit ingredients: red split lentils, garam masala (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorn), turmeric, salt.
Roti kit ingredients: chappati flour (wheat)
Dessert kit ingredients: gram flour (chickpea flour), sugar.
All of the above spices are ground from whole by us. We only use whole spices and do not use any pre-ground spices.
