How it works
What dishes can I make from this Meal Kit?
The Christmas Spice Collection Meal Kit Box has all the freshly ground spices and dried ingredients to make the following dishes…
- Each of the 30 meal kit sachets (21 types), makes 4 portions.
- The Tikka Paste jar contains 16 individual servings.
- The Tandoori Masala jar contains 24 individual servings.
- The Garam Masala jar contains 44 individual servings.
That’s a total of 168 portions.
This brings the total cost of each portion to 71p (that’s £120 / 168 portions).
The spices have all been ground from whole, just the way we traditionally cook at home. By preparing the spices for you, and only adding the non-perishable, dried and whole ingredients, busy working people and those who are short of time will always have an authentic North Indian meal at hand!
Just buy fresh ingredients and follow our e-method instructions, which tell you exactly how we make these dishes at home.
Adding your own fresh ingredients, means that you control the level of ghee/oil and the heat in your dish. Simply add as much or as little chilli as desired.
There’s nothing perishable and no time pressure to use up the dishes. Simply take your time and work your way through different dishes and store in your pantry or larder for up to 12 months. It’s the Christmas gift that keeps on giving!
But, don’t take our word for it, here is what our customers say about their experience…
Here’s what our customers say…
Karen Taylor (October 2018)
We are having such fun cooking from The Spice Pack Collection and all the dishes have come out brilliantly. The smell is divine and Rob, who is very fussy, is particularly impressed. All our visitors are wowed when they smell the box – we’ve been too possessive to share any with others, as yet!
As a natural therapist I particularly appreciate the healthy aspect of each dish, none of which compromise on taste. Good ingredients freshly cooked makes a big difference.
We’re going on holiday with three other couples in a couple of weeks and going to take the pack with us to cook some dishes together.
You get 3 jars:

Our meal prep boxes are really popular with travellers, sports professionals and all-round healthy eaters, who need to be able to take the basis of a meal with them when they are away, so that they can have quality meals, that are suitcase-friendly and don’t need to be stored in a fridge as they travel. Then, when they arrive at their destination, they just pick up some fresh veg and/or meat, and get cooking.
More than a Christmas gift, many of our customers actually have Pure Punjabi Meal Kit Boxes specifically for working away – so they can stay on track with their healthy eating and avoid spending a lot of money on expensive, unsatisfying and unhealthy takeaway and restaurant food. Especially during January when economising and healthy eating are often a priority.
Don’t forget that we only include the spices and dried ingredients, so most of the meal sachets have a 9-12 month ‘best before’ date, as do the Garam Masala and Tandoori Masala jars. The Tikka Paste is our newest paste and so currently has a 6 month ‘best before’ date.
This will be fantastic for batch cooking.
The average cook time for the meal sachets is 20 – 25 minutes.
All the meal sachets in this Meal Kit Box make enough for 4 portions, and the finished dishes freeze perfectly. Keeping you on track with organising and cooking your weekly menus.
