Join us in our Punjabi home for ‘The Indian Experience’ Cookery Workshop…

We are proud to be named by Olive Magazine as one of the top 8 UK Indian cookery courses.

Recipients of the cookery workshop gift card will be offered a choice of dates to join The Indian experience cookery workshop.  Led by mother and daughter team, Surinder and Safia, workshop attendees are taught how to make a home-style 3-course meal from scratch, using the traditional Punjabi cookery methods and ingredients, producing mouth-wateringly authentic dishes.Our cookery is the real, healthy food, cooked daily in the conventional North Indian home and is NOT British-Indian restaurant food.  Gift cards are valid for 18 months We will be running our workshops under Covid-19 compliance. The workshop is held in a private environment.

We are having such fun cooking from The Spice Pack Collection and all the dishes have come out brilliantly. The smell is divine and Rob, who is very fussy, is particularly impressed. All our visitors are wowed when they smell the box – we’ve been too possessive to share any with others, as yet!

As a natural therapist I particularly appreciate the healthy aspect of each dish, none of which compromise on taste. Good ingredients freshly cooked makes a big difference.

We’re going on holiday with three other couples in a couple of weeks and going to take the pack with us to cook some dishes together.
