How the Gluten-free meal box works
Each sachet contains all the spices and dried ingredients you need to make each dish. Just buy fresh ingredients when you are ready to cook and follow our method instructions. These give you the exact method instructions for how we make these dishes ourselves, at home.
Adding your own fresh ingredients, means that you source your own local produce and support local producers and can also control the level of heat in your dish. Simply add as much or as little chilli as desired.

Chilli Paneer A firm favourite for everyone – the cubes of paneer cheese combined with the sweetness of the peppers and heat of the chillies makes this a must-eat dish.
Lamb Kebabs Perfect for grilling, these spiced kebabs are succulent, tender and full of flavour. Prepare them in advance for a weekend barbeque or get together with family and friends.
Mango Chicken A simply delicious chicken dish made with fresh mango pulp, coconut and a carefully selected range of spices. Perfect for those who prefer milder dishes.
Jeera Chawl Light, fragrant basmati rice with gently sizzled cumin seeds. Onion Bhajis The original Punjabi style Pakore (bhajis), made with potato and spinach, in addition to onion. These bhajis have to be eaten to be believed. You’ll never eat restaurant or factory produced ones again.
Tamarind Chutney A sharp, sweet and sour chutney. Made from fresh tamarind pulp, it is world apart from anything you’ve tasted before.
Chicken Biriyani The original classic biriyani, a dish layered with rice, chicken, nuts, crispy onions and ghee.
Saag A delicious dish of dark leafy greens, typically made with mustard leaves, spinach and fenugreek leaves. Traditionally served with Makki di Roti (cornmeal chapattis). This is the hearty dish of working farmers.
Punjabi Chicken A traditional village recipe and go-to dish for either a mid-week or weekend meal for the whole family.

We grind all our spices from whole, and never use pre-ground spices, meaning that there are no nasty additives or fillers in any of our spice blends – only quality, hand prepared masala (spice blends)
We make all our products to order, meaning that we won’t ever run a promotion or ‘push’ a product because we have surplus. If we’re recommending a dish, it’s because we think it’s a great fit for you.
