The Indian Bread Making Workshop & Tasting Experience combines the chance to learn, hands-on, how to make three types of North Indian bread, with a three-course taster menu of the accompanying dishes.
After making each type of bread, we will taste each one with the dish that would be traditionally served with them, while your tutors talk you through the tasting notes and information about the dishes and breads.
After all the breads have been cooked we will sit down to eat all the cooked bread with their accompaniments.
Workshop dates are allocated on completion of a booking form, which will be emailed to you after purchase. Our Cookery Workshops are for domestic use only. We do not accept caterers on our courses. Please contact us for commercial training.
