Enjoy a special Mother’s Day Indian High Tea served with a blend of traditional British tea time treats combined with Indian specialities. This is High Tea with a difference, allowing you to enjoy familiar favourites, alongside some different flavours and a chance to try some different dishes.
Our location is perfectly situated in the old Crown & Victoria Inn, BA22 8PZ, (which we saved from full closure), just off the A303, near South Somerset/West Dorset border for an Indian High Tea experience in our quiet countryside setting. It’s the perfect location for enjoying a relaxing meal in a tranquil and beautiful setting, right next to The National Trust Gardens, (not open again until 1.4.23), with lots of beautiful walks in the area.
Sittings will be between 1-3pm.
Our delicious selection of hand-made sweet and savoury items will be accompanied by two types of tea: The traditional Punjabi ‘cha’, made using the sweet spices cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, or one of our hand picked Indian teas, like our Indian silver leaf tea from the Glenburn Tea Estate in Darjeeling.
Choose from the options to add a mini bottle of Prosecco to your High Tea or a refreshing Gin Cocktail, or to have a main dish from the menu below.
