Our Pure Punjabi Tikka Paste is made by hand, in small batches.
A refreshingly tangy paste with a base of of cumin, coriander, white pepper and fenugreek.
It has a completely distinctive flavour profile – taste the difference.
Simply mix the paste with yoghurt to form your marinade. Coat your chicken, prawns or paneer in the tikka marinade. The longer you marinade the ingredients, the more depth of flavour you will get (you can also use slightly less paste).
Bake, grill or barbecue till cooked.
Our double Great Taste Award winning Pure Punjabi Tandoori Masala is made by hand, in small batches. Still made according to the original village recipe using fresh ingredients and whole spices. With a base of paprika, garam masala, garlic and fresh lemon juice, you can really taste the difference.
This is a ready-to-use paste, made from freshly ground spices, so a little goes a long way. Simply coat your chicken, salmon or cauliflower steaks in the Tandoori Masala. The longer you marinade the ingredients, the more depth of flavour you will get (you can also use slightly less paste).
Grill or barbecue till cooked.
Our garam masala is still made exactly to our traditional family recipe and is lovingly mixed and hand ground in small batches. We don’t use heavy machinery that can completely strip the spices of their flavour. We carefully grind our spices to just the right consistency, releasing the full flavour of the spices, ready to make the most beautifully authentic meals.
