Leg of lamb, on the bone, slow cooked with our double Great Taste Award winning Tandoori Masala

Baby aubergines stuffed with hand ground spices and cooked in a spicy tomato sauce
Green Dhal
Green lentils gently cooked wth garlic, ginger and a carefully selected combination of spices
Naan
Soft and freshly cooked naan bread till lightly charred
Kachumber
Refreshing salad of cool cucumber, tri-colour tomatoes and red onion
Pilau rice
Fragrant basmati rice
Dessert
Strawberry Barfi & Ginger Cordial
A soft Indian fudge, infused with strawberry. Served with a glass of freshly made ginger cordial, which is slow steeped for several days before being stilled and adding a touch of finely minced ginger root
