Simply mix the dough, cut out rounds with a cookie cutter, and fry and drain well. These are delicious served with a cheese board and is often what we do for private dining events.
Once cooled store in an airtight container.
Matiyan is a classic Punjabi biscuit – crumbly, flaky and buttery. They are traditionaly eaten with a teatime cup of Cha or at any time for a snack.
Each sachet makes approximately 30 biscuits . Just add butter.
