We are having such fun cooking from The Spice Pack Collection and all the dishes have come out brilliantly. The smell is divine and Rob, who is very fussy, is particularly impressed. All our visitors are wowed when they smell the box – we’ve been too possessive to share any with others, as yet!
As a natural therapist I particularly appreciate the healthy aspect of each dish, none of which compromise on taste. Good ingredients freshly cooked makes a big difference.
We’re going on holiday with three other couples in a couple of weeks and going to take the pack with us to cook some dishes together.

The Nimbu Chicken & Pilau Rice Dinner Kit is a light, fresh and succulent dish pairing, perfect for BBQs and Summer Lunches.
The Nimbu Chicken (meaning Lemon Chicken) is a rub, which makes the most delicious chicken, that is tender, and citrus in taste without being sharp! Pilau Rice is a fragrant rice, with saffron and freshly ground spices.
Each sachet serves 4 people. Method instructions come through via email, after purchase. Nothing artificial and made by us for you.
Please select the option for the complimentary cook-along on the drop-down. Last cook-along orders for postage is by 6 days before the cook-along. Please see T&C’s Local collection for cook-alongs, available by arrangement up to midday of the cook-along date.

NOTE: METHOD INSTRUCTIONS.
The method instructions are auto-sent after every purchase has completed.This has the list of fresh ingredients that you need to purchase, and how to cook your dishes.
The only time this does not happen is when a purchaser’s email is blocked by the system, and marked as ‘transactional emails only’. This means that after purchase, we are not permitted to email you via the automated system. Please make sure you do subscribe to our newsletter, just then wait for your instructions to be emailed, and when you have everything, there is an ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of each email.

How do I know what to do with the meal sachets?
You receive e-instructions for the meal sachets, (emailed to the purchaser). These tell you:
- How long prep and cooking takes
- The ingredients list
- The step-by-step method instructions
- What to do if you only want to cook or eat 1 or 2 portions at a time
I have a special dietary requirement
The spices and dried ingredients, and fresh ingredients needed are all (naturally):
- Gluten-free
- Wheat-free
- Dairy-free – only if you swap out the ghee and use oil
- Egg-free
Please note, we prepare our products containing wheat and gluten in a separate area, however, our products are not made in an environment guaranteed to be ‘freefrom’.

If you have selected to do the cook-along, (when it is running), then you will also receive a second email a couple of days before. This gives you set up instructions for equipment needed, a reminder of fresh ingredients, and also your Zoom joining link.
Dinner Kits are dispatched via Royal Mail, however, please note that we cannot guarantee arrival in time for the cook-along once the package is in the hands of postal services, but you will be placed on the next cook-along in the unlikely event that the kit is not delivered in time. Local collection is available until midday of the cook-along.
