“The parent/child workshop exceeded both Tom’s and my expectations and we both gained a lot of knowledge from the workshop…”
“…It’s a great experience learning authentic techniques passed down through your family. Everything had been thought out from the pre-workshop instructions, name tags, instructions for the recipes to take away etc. Mine and Tom’s overall rating for this workshop is ‘Excellent!’…It was very educational as I learnt a couple of new cooking techniques as well as learning new dishes I’ve never cooked before from scratch.
It was a fun and relaxed atmosphere with both Safia and Surinder always on hand to give reassurance and guidance. Tom found the workshop fun, educational, interesting and relaxed. I enjoyed learning to make paneer and the naan breads the most, as never made anything like that before and Tom enjoyed making the naan breads The breadth and quality of tuition provided at the workshop was value for money… “ Damian and Tom Dineen
