Just add fresh ingredients when ready to cook. Nothing perishable, no waste, so our dinner kit makes an excellent store cupboard standby.
It’s also the perfect gift to send to loved ones!
NOTE: METHOD INSTRUCTIONS.
The method instructions are auto-sent after every purchase has completed. This has the fresh ingredients that you need to purchase, and how to cook your dishes.
The only time this does not happen is when a purchaser’s email is blocked by the system, and marked as ‘transactional emails only’. This means that after purchase, we are not permitted to email you via the automated system. Please make sure you do subscribe to our newsletter, just then wait for your instructions to be emailed, and when you have everything, there is an ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of each email.
‘Just to let you know that my son has just given me a rave review of your Punjabi chicken with Jeera rice. He and his partner polished off the meal designed for four!’

You receive e-instructions for the meal sachets. These tell you:
- How long prep and cooking takes
- The ingredients list
- The step-by-step method instructions
- What to do if you only want to cook or eat 1 or 2 portions at a time
The spices and dried ingredients, and fresh ingredients needed are all:
- Dairy-free – only if you swap out the ghee and use oil.
However, although we prepare our products containing wheat and gluten, in a separate area, they are not made in an environment guaranteed to be ‘freefrom’.
Onions, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Birds Eye, Green chillis
Store the dinner kit in pantry-like conditions, a cool dark cupboard. Do not choose a cupboard that is next to your oven or an appliance that gives off heat, or a part of your kitchen where the sun shines on it.
The ‘best before’ dates on our products are always 6-12 months. There are no ‘use by’ dates, as we do not include anything perishable. Leaving you to add fresh ingredients gives you the best value and freedom to choose when to cook your dinner kit. This ensures no food waste.
NOTE FOR COOK-ALONGS:
If you have selected to do the cook-along, (when it is running), then you will also receive a second email a couple of days before. This gives you set up instructions for equipment needed, a reminder of fresh ingredients, and also your Zoom joining link.
Dinner Kits are dispatched via Royal Mail, however, please note that we cannot guarantee arrival in time for the cook-along once the package is in the hands of postal services, but you will be placed on the next cook-along in the unlikely event that the kit is not delivered in time. Local collection is available until midday of the cook-along.
“Thank you ladies…
that was such a great idea, to be able to compare my cookery with yours on the screen helped enormously and the end result was delicious, better than our local restaurants. I will definitely do the next one. I also learned a lot from your hints and tips as the lesson progressed, little things you can’t get from a recipe book”.
Many thanks for the cook–along workshop yesterday. It was very enjoyable and the meal tasted lovely. As someone who is not a confident cook it was ideal to follow your teaching. I have recommended this to a friend of mine who is very interested in joining the next cook–along. I will definitely be doing it again”.

“Thank you so much
Thank you so much for a great hour of cooking on Saturday evening. I enjoyed it very much as I have never done anything like it before. The Punjabi chicken was delicious and we had enough to freeze for another time”.

“Thank you so much both…
– the class was amazing and we both really enjoyed the food. It makes so much difference knowing exactly how to do things and that we can make such tasty food which is gluten free. Jeera rice has always been my favourite but many restaurants don’t have it on the menu”.
