The real benefit of buying this dinner kit is for the traditional method instructions that come with it!
If you are a 1st or 2nd generation Punjabi who grew up eating this but don’t know how to make it, and don’t have family nearby, then this is for you!
This is also excellent for having ‘real’ bread for gluten-free people who can prepare and eat a delicious meal with the whole family.
Making Makki di roti, (corn chapatti), is not easy, but if you can give it a go with this kit, then we suggest further purchases should be for the individual Saag sachet bundles, and buy a large bag of Makki flour (fine cornmeal) from Asian supermarkets.

Store the dinner kit in pantry-like conditions, a cool dark cupboard. Do not choose a cupboard that is next to your oven or an appliance that gives off heat, or a part of your kitchen where the sun shines on it.
The ‘best before’ dates on our products are always 6-12 months. There are no ‘use by’ dates, as we do not include anything perishable. Leaving you to add fresh ingredients gives you the best value and freedom to choose when to cook your dinner kit. This ensures no food waste.
