We are having such fun cooking from The Spice Pack Collection and all the dishes have come out brilliantly. The smell is divine and Rob, who is very fussy, is particularly impressed. All our visitors are wowed when they smell the box – we’ve been too possessive to share any with others, as yet!
As a natural therapist I particularly appreciate the healthy aspect of each dish, none of which compromise on taste. Good ingredients freshly cooked makes a big difference.
We’re going on holiday with three other couples in a couple of weeks and going to take the pack with us to cook some dishes together.

Our Pure Punjabi Tamarind Chutney Mix makes a sharp sweet & sour chutney, made from fresh tamarind pulp and our own freshly ground spice blend. It’s world’s apart from anything you’ve tasted before. Just add 2 finely grated carrots.

Ingredients: tamarind fruit, cumin, coriander, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, sugar, salt.
We grind all our spices from whole and so there are no anti-caking agents or fillers in our mixes. There are no gluten or dairy based ingredients in the mix. Gluten based ingredients or dairy based ingredients are not required for the fresh ingredients.
Please note that whilst there is no gluten or dairy in this product, we are not a gluten-free, wheat-free or dairy-free environment.
