Pure Punjabi’s double Great Taste Award winning Tandoori Masala is the essential paste you need in your fridge. No other ingredients are needed to form the marinade, simply open a jar, and get ready to start coating your vegetables, chicken or fish in this traditional paste that is made from whole, fresh ingredients.
We crush, juice and grind every ingredient from whole spices ourselves, to give you an authentic, mouth-watering paste. The essential spices at the base of this paste are cumin seeds, garam masala, paprika, along with the juice of freshly squeezed lemons.
Many tandoori masalas use synthetic red food colouring, however, our paste gets it’s colour from the smoky paprika – and you know that you are not consuming anything artificial. All-natural – this is something upon which we never compromise.
How to use Pure Punjabi Tandoori Masala
This is a ready-to-use paste, made from freshly ground spices, so a little goes a long way. Simply coat your chicken, salmon or cauliflower steaks in the Tandoori Masala. The longer you marinade the ingredients, the more depth of flavour you will get (you can also use slightly less paste).
Grill or barbecue till cooked.

Ingredients: garlic, ginger, chilli, cumin seeds, lemon juice (from whole lemons), cumin seeds, paprika, garam masala (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns), salt, freshly ground pepper (from whole peppercorns), sunflower oil.
