The Mango Chicken and the Punjabi Chicken sachets come with method instructions to make as a paste as well as a sauce/gravy.

This has the list of fresh ingredients that you need to purchase, and how to cook your dishes. The only time this does not happen is when a purchaser’s email is blocked by the system, and marked as ‘transactional emails only’. This means that after purchase, we are not permitted to email you via the automated system.

You receive e-instructions for the meal sachets via email. These tell you:
- How long prep and cooking takes
- The ingredients list
- The step-by-step method instructions
- What to do if you only want to cook or eat 1 or 2 portions at a time
The spices and dried ingredients, and fresh ingredients needed are all:
- Gluten-free
- Dairy-free – only if you swap out the ghee and use oil.
However, although we prepare our products containing wheat and gluten, in a separate area, they are not made in an environment guaranteed to be ‘freefrom’.
Fresh ingredients will vary according to the sachets, but typically it will be:
Chicken, meat, salmon, white fish, or your choice of vegetables suitable for barbecueing or grilling.
Store cupboard items, such as onion, garlic, ginger, chillies, tomato paste, or puree, ghee or a neutral oil, such as sunflower oil.
Store the sachets in pantry-like conditions, a cool dark cupboard. Do not choose a cupboard that is next to your oven or an appliance that gives off heat, or a part of your kitchen where the sun shines on it.
Store the marinade jars in the fridge, once opened.
The ‘best before’ dates on our products are always 6-12 months. There are no ‘use by’ dates, as there are no perishable ingredeints.
