This is a full teaching workshop!
A two-part workshop learning how to make:
Part 1 – Thursday 16th September – 6p.m. (available as one workshop)
Part 2 – Friday 17th September – 6p.m. (only available with Part 1)
Please note – You cannot join Day 2, if you have not attended Day 1.

- How to make Paneer– Day 1
- Saag & Paneer layered Filo Pastry – Day 2 – assembling and cooking the dish the next day.
- How to make Makki di Roti – Day 2 – the traditional Corn Chapatti which always accompanies Saag
