Join us from your own kitchen, via Zoom online, to learn how to make a range of traditional Punjabi dishes, as well as some of the fusion dishes from our private dining and wedding menus.
A two-part workshop learning how to make Saag, Paneer, A fusion Filo Pastry dish & Makki di Roti (Corn Chapatti)
This is a full teaching workshop!
ON Day 1, learn how to make Saag the old-school way, and then enjoy it for dinner with the traditional corn chapatti. This is the food of the Punjabi farmers and famous throughout Punjab and the rest of the world. On Day 2, we will use the Paneer and the Saag to make the Filo Pastry layered dish for dinner that evening.
Please note – You cannot join Day 2, if you have not attended Day 1.

Day 1
- How to make Paneer– Making fresh Indian cheese from scratch.
- How to make Saag a traditional teaching workshop, which also includes:
- How to make Makki di Roti – the traditional Corn Chapatti which always accompanies Saag
Day 2
- Saag & Paneer layered Filo Pastry using the Saag and the Paneer made the day before – assembling and cooking the dish the next day.
