A Los Angeles marketing group, on a worldwide search for a chef of Indian origin, have selected Pure Punjabi to deliver the menu and head up a unique corporate culinary experience for their technology based client, Freshworks,

We’re really happy to announce that Pure Punjabi have been selected as the company to provide the menu and culinary experience for a European roadshow, touring 10 cities.

  • Safia will be the on-tour executive chef traveling across Europe in the Freshworks campervan delivering a culinary experience in each location for invited attendees of Freshworks.
  • The roadshow kicks off in London on Tuesday 1st October, with both Surinder & Safia at the opening event. Safia then heads off with Roadshow Event Manager Rachel, driving onto Manchester in the first week. The roadshow continues in Madrid, continuing their culinary adventure through to Paris in the second week. Berlin and Munich are covered in the third week, with Mechelen and Amsterdam the following week, finishing in Stockholm & Helsinki on Thursday 31st October.

 

We needed a menu that would be fresh, tasty, quick & easy to prepare on tour, and so we’ve prepared the menu for Freshworks conference attendees, from our traditional Meal Kit Boxes and spice jars.

This amazing opportunity allow us to take our Meal Kit Boxes and spice jars on tour… which is what we already provide for our customers, in the format of our hand-ground traditional spices and recipes. Our Meal kits will now enable us to feed around 1,100 Freshworks attendees with fresh authentic, healthy and delicious food, the way we, as Indians prepare and eat it at home.

We are also grateful that we are in the exciting position of having stunning venues with their professional  kitchens and in-house executive chef and team to work with us and prepare our dishes.

What’s even more exciting is the massive support of GroundSwell Group and Freshworks throughout the process, providing these incredible venues, and support team.

We are having such fun cooking from The Spice Pack Collection and all the dishes have come out brilliantly. The smell is divine and Rob, who is very fussy, is particularly impressed. All our visitors are wowed when they smell the box – we’ve been too possessive to share any with others, as yet!

As a natural therapist I particularly appreciate the healthy aspect of each dish, none of which compromise on taste. Good ingredients freshly cooked makes a big difference.

We’re going on holiday with three other couples in a couple of weeks and going to take the pack with us to cook some dishes together.
